Welcome to an inclusive space, here to support you in navigating life’s many challenges. If you have been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward, you’ve come to the right place.
While I recognize how frightening it can be to open up to someone new, my personal experiences have taught me that the more we discuss our vulnerabilities and struggles, the less overwhelming and scary they become. My primary goal as a psychotherapist is therefore to create a safe and supportive environment for you to feel accepted just as you are, while allowing you to explore new and meaningful ways to grow.
My therapeutic approach is holistic, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, anti-oppressive, and always tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. I draw from a variety of evidence-based treatments, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. This allows me to work skillfully with a wide range of concerns, including post-traumatic stress, grief, anxiety, depression, relational concerns, and more.
